Cancellation Policy: 

Indigo Body and Soul Therapies appreciate that unforeseeable circumstances arise however we ask that you respect our time. In the instance you required to cancel your appointment we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. This can be done via phone or text ONLY. 

A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if the required 24 hours notice has not been provided.
